Petite Fleur 2024
Fleur de Miraval | Rosé | Vintage 2024
Sometimes you discover champagne not just through taste – but through stories.
– Petite Fleur is one such case.
What at first glance looks like another rosé project with prominent PR notes, reveals itself upon closer inspection as an exciting collaboration of three families with real roots in Champagne:
Behind Fleur de Miraval stands not only Brad Pitt, but also the renowned Perrin family (known from ) and Péters (Pierre Péters, Grand Cru Le Mesnil). An unusual but powerful alliance – and one you can taste.
The cuvée is produced in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger – by Rodolphe Péters ( ) himself, whose signature you can clearly taste:
precise, chalky, salty – with fine mousse and exciting freshness. And this at a price that sits below a classic bottle of Pierre Péters.
A real insider tip, then.
The cuvée? 95% Chardonnay (including 25% Réserve Perpétuelle), complemented by 5% Pinot Noir as red wine – aged 100% in stainless steel, concrete and wood.
Three years on lees, disgorged in April 2024 Dosage: approximately 4–5 g/l. 100% Côte des Blancs, with Grand and Premier Cru sites.
Tasting Notes
A precise, chalky-salty rosé with fine mousse and exciting freshness. The minerality of Le Mesnil is clearly perceptible, clear in expression and pure in character.
