M. Hostomme — Brut Origine

Brut Origine

M. Hostomme | Brut

M. Hostomme – a name that often flies under the radar alongside the usual suspects like Moët. Yet the Brut Origine definitely deserves attention.

The Hostomme sits quite modestly on the supermarket shelf. When you don't expect much, it delivers all the more pleasant surprises.

The facts: ️ Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier ️ Aging: Minimum 24 months on lees ️ Style: Classic, charming, uncomplicated

My impression: In the glass, a fine, lively perlage, plus fresh citrus fruit, white flowers and a hint of brioche. On the palate it remains pleasantly fresh with clear apple notes and a touch of hazelnut in the finish.

Tasting Notes

Fresh citrus fruit, white flowers and a hint of brioche on the nose. Fresh on the palate with clear apple notes and a touch of hazelnut in the finish.
