Daniel Leclerc — Rosé de Saignée

Rosé de Saignée

Daniel Leclerc | Rosé

Holiday. Sun on the terrace, feet up, lounge mode. A glass of rosé, peppered strawberries, paper-thin crudo. No show, just a good moment.

The champagne choice: Daniel Leclerc – Rosé de Saignée.

Fresh from the cooler, maybe at 46–48°F, surprisingly precise right in the first glass and not too "winey".

Tasting Notes

Surprisingly precise rosé that starts fresh and focused at cool temperatures and becomes more powerful and dense with increasing warmth, without losing its balance. Pairs surprisingly well with peppered strawberries, crudo, and even Giotto hazelnut pralines.
