Lanson — Le Rosé Création 67

Le Rosé Création 67

Lanson | Rosé

Sometimes you just want rosé. Not playful. Not sweet. But clear, structured – with freshness, depth and a bit of edge.

Lanson – Le Rosé – Création 67 is exactly that.

No fruit candy, no summer cliché. But rosé with attitude.

And this is tradition at Lanson: The house deliberately forgoes malolactic fermentation – a process where natural malic acid is converted into softer lactic acid.

The result: The champagne remains fresher, edgier, more precise – with more tension on the palate and a citrusy, lively structure that often gets lost in other rosé cuvées.

A few facts about the bottle:

  • Assemblage: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay & Meunier
  • Aromas: pink grapefruit, rosehip, red currant
  • Style: mineral, citrusy, dry
  • Fine perlage, clear pull, almost chalky grip
  • Served at about 9°C
  • Création 67 = 67th edition of the Non-Vintage Rosé

On warm afternoons – when other rosés often seem too soft or sweet – this one scores double with its freshness.

Tasting Notes

A structured rosé champagne with clear, citrusy freshness and mineral character. By avoiding malolactic fermentation, it remains edgy and precise with fine perlage and chalky grip.
