Lelarge-Pugeot | Brut

The Lelarge-Pugeot Tradition is a biodynamically produced Brut champagne from the Montagne de Reims that combines elegance with depth.

Assemblage: Classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aging: At least 36 months on the lees for added complexity. Aromas: Notes of ripe apples, roasted almonds and fine brioche. On the palate: Round and harmonious, with vibrant acidity and subtle creaminess.

A champagne that unfolds beautifully both on its own and with food – and can reveal a completely new facet through the right glass.

In the glass comparison, it shows: In the Rioja glass, more fruit, more complexity and more intense mousse come to the fore. In the Riesling Grand Cru glass, however, more freshness, more pronounced minerality – the champagne appears leaner and more precise. And this despite the fact that the glasses have a quite similar shape and differ only minimally in volume.
