Bonnaire-Clouet — Les Harengs 2021

Les Harengs 2021

Bonnaire-Clouet | Blanc de Blancs | Vintage 2021

The "Les Harengs 2021" from Bonnaire-Clouet – directly selected and brought to temperature. First sip at around 9 degrees.

What's immediately present: the aroma of roasted hazelnuts – warm, inviting, almost golden in scent. Plus this fine, salty vein that balances everything – clear, fresh, precise. A Blanc de Blancs with character, structure and poise.

The name Les Harengs goes back to an old tradition: From the Middle Ages to the 19th century, herring were used as currency in the wine trade. The lieu-dit of the same name in Bergères-les-Vertus still recalls this exchange.

Tasting Notes

Present aroma of roasted hazelnuts, warm and inviting. Plus a fine, salty vein that provides balance – clear, fresh and precise with character and structure.
