Terroirs Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs 2021

Bonnaire | Blanc de Blancs | Vintage 2021

When the morning starts with champagne and caviar, that can only mean it's going to be a good day.

The purest moment is often the strongest. Beluga caviar, spooned and champagne sipped.

Alongside croissants, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs. Nothing more is needed.

The Terroirs brings exactly the calm that Beluga demands. Chalky, clear, fresh, without any heaviness. The acidity lifts the creaminess of the caviar without cutting through it. The minerality extends the nuttiness instead of overpowering it. Everything stays in balance, nothing pushes forward.

The Beluga caviar itself was surprisingly warm in expression, extremely creamy, nutty, incredibly soft on the palate. Completely different from much of what I've experienced before. No pressure, no salt attack, just pure texture.

Tasting Notes

Chalky, clear and fresh without any heaviness. The acidity and minerality create perfect balance, ideal as a companion to caviar.
