Rare Champagne — Brut Millésime 2008

Brut Millésime 2008

Rare Champagne | Rosé | Vintage 2008

The Rare Brut Millésime 2008 is so present, so energetic, that it makes its way through – even when your nose isn't at a hundred percent.

The enormous maturity of this champagne calls for a large glass with plenty of room so it can fully breathe.

Right from the first sniff: Those deep, noble honey notes and fresh brioche. But the real spectacle happens on the palate. It's that moment after the sip – 30 seconds later it's still developing. A delicate spice emerges, a hint of vanilla and this incredible length that just won't quit.

Compared to the rather cool, precise 2013 or the powerfully fruity 2012 Rosé, the 2008 is absolute harmony. Opulent yet fresh. And it definitely demands time and attention.

Tasting Notes

An opulent, harmonious champagne with deep honey and brioche notes that unfolds on the palate with delicate spice and vanilla, showing incredible length.
