Robert Allait — Solera RP-B

Solera RP-B

Robert Allait | Rosé

The – Solera RP-B was one of those candidates again today that shows how much character can be packed into a glass when you don't stay on the standard track.

The Solera Cuvée brings not only depth and structure, but also this warm, slightly oxidative touch that pairs perfectly with the roasted aromas of grilled food. Today on the plate: spicy marinated turkey breast fillets, nestled in a spontaneous freestyle burger with everything the fridge had to offer.

And once again it shows: Robert-Allait delivers. Every single bottle so far has impressed – from the Rosé to the Millésime.

And with today's glass, it's official: Robert-Allait is the first grower whose entire range I've tasted through.

Facts: Grape varieties: Meunier-focused Solera aging – complex, nutty, with depth Region: Western Vallée de la Marne Dosage: approx. 6 g/l Style: aged, structured, creamy

Drunk from the – perfect for some air, texture, and elegance.
