Edouard Martin — Brut Tradition Art Edition 132Crey

Brut Tradition Art Edition 132Crey

Edouard Martin | Brut

A champagne that visually screams "Here!" pretty loudly right off the bat. This special edition of the Brut Tradition was created in collaboration with French street art artist. I love it when the label takes center stage or is aesthetically pleasing – and here, the contents are definitely no show-off either.

In the glass, we have a cuvée that strikes exactly the balance I appreciate in everyday drinking: The 7 grams dosage makes it extremely approachable and charming, without slipping into insignificance. This is mainly due to the tight acidity structure that comes from the terroir of Cumières. A sip that starts fresh, then becomes smooth and finishes with a fine minerality that makes you crave the next glass. A modern classic that shows you can paint tradition in bright colors sometimes.

Tasting Notes

Fresh start with smooth progression and fine minerality on the finish. The tight acidity structure from Cumières is charmingly balanced by 7g dosage.
