Brut Tradition Art Edition 132Crey

Edouard Martin | Brut

A champagne that visually shouts "Here!" pretty loudly at first glance. This special edition of the Brut Tradition was created in collaboration with the French street art artist. I like it when the label takes center stage or is aesthetic, and here the contents are definitely not just for show.

In the glass we have a Cuvée that strikes exactly the balance I appreciate in everyday drinking: The 7 grams of Dosage make it extremely approachable and charming, without sliding into irrelevance. This is mainly due to the tight acid structure that comes from the Terroir of Cumières. A sip that starts fresh, then becomes soft and finishes with a fine minerality that makes you want the next glass. A modern classic that shows you can paint tradition in bright colors sometimes.

Tasting Notes

Fresh start with a soft progression and fine minerality on the finish. The tight acid structure from Cumières is charmingly balanced by 7g Dosage.
