Henriot: Brut Souverain

Henriot: Brut Souverain

My Tasting

The Henriot Brut Souverain pairs beautifully with grilled fish, like sea bream and sea bass, fresh off the grill. Fresh acidity, light brioche notes and enough structure to keep up with fish and the citrus aromas of scallops.

A champagne that doesn't push itself into the foreground, but elegantly accompanies a dish. More details about the pairing potential can be found in the separate post about the Brut Souverain.
