Rare is not an everyday champagne, and it's not meant to be. It's the Prestige Cuvée that originally comes from Piper-Heidsieck and is run as its own brand. Only made in special years, 2013 was only the 13th vintage ever.
Tasting Notes
Silky, fruity champagne with complex character, combining aromas of flowers, green tea, honey, citrus and vanilla. A fine bitterness and long finish round out the experience.

Es ist die Prestige-Cuvée, die ursprünglich von @piper_heidsieck stammt und heute als eigene Marke geführt wird. Nur in besonderen Jahren vinifiziert – 2013 war der 13. Jahrgang überhaupt. Tatsächlich mein erster Rare überhaupt. Serviert im @riedel_official Fatto a Mano Black Tie.
