The first crocuses are sprouting, the sun is at least warming my face – and me? I've made myself comfortable in a hanging chair with a glass of Plaisir Nature. Earlier with dinner – grilled salmon, vegetables with lemon and chili – the 100% Meunier from Robert-Allait harmonized perfectly with its clear freshness and fine structure.
