Taittinger — Millésime 2015

Millésime 2015

Taittinger | Brut | Vintage 2015

When you place the two Taittinger vintages 2015 and 2016 side by side, you quickly recognize the differences: The 2015 shows itself warm, open and charming, while the 2016 appears cooler, clearer and more precise. Both have their place, but the choice depends on the occasion.

In Gold Edition: – Millésime 2015

A champagne with character – and exactly the right partner for roasted aromas, herbal spice and structured components.

50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Noir Mature, but not heavy Citrus, almonds, a touch of honey & brioche Fresh enough for chimichurri – powerful enough for steak And the fine perlage lifts the roasted aromas like a final squeeze of lemon

It works equally well with simple dishes like tuna tramezzini – the warmth and openness of the 2015 harmonizes with salty, uncomplicated foods.

Tasting Notes

A mature but not heavy champagne with aromas of citrus, almonds, honey and brioche. Fresh enough for herb-rich dishes, but powerful enough for roasted aromas.
