Champagne Boonen — CPTS (Champagne des Petites Terroirs Sélectionnés)

CPTS (Champagne des Petites Terroirs Sélectionnés)

Champagne Boonen | Blanc de Noirs

No pairing needed, just pure enjoyment – CPTS. A wonderful grower champagne where you can taste the philosophy behind it.

Delicate fruit, clear structure, lightly saline, lightly spicy and just the right amount of complexity to shine on its own.

Julien Boonen, the mind behind the name, runs his family winery in the Vallée de la Marne with great feel for style and substance. He farms his parcels sustainably, selectively and with an eye for detail. The CPTS – "Champagne des Petites Terroirs Sélectionnés" – comes from exactly these kinds of sites: small, characterful, selected.

A purist Blanc de Noirs that lets the terroir speak. And one that works without much fanfare – honest, direct, refined.

A bit of sunshine, a bit of quiet, the right glass. Sometimes that's all you need.

Quick summary of CPTS:
