Champagne Bruyen — Le Verre de Vin Parcellaire 2019

Le Verre de Vin Parcellaire 2019

Champagne Bruyen | Brut Nature | Vintage 2019

The Le Verre de Vin Parcellaire has character – and you notice it right away.

A 100% Pinot Meunier from an old vineyard from 1940, nine months in wood, without malolactic fermentation – the kind you hardly find anymore.

In the glass it seems calm at first, almost restrained, but then comes this blend of wood, ripe fruit and fine spice. A bit of honey, some citrus, plus this slightly bitter pull in the finish that makes the whole thing really exciting.

Tasting Notes

Initially restrained in the glass, then unfolds a blend of wood, ripe fruit and fine spice with honey and citrus notes. A slightly bitter pull in the finish makes it exciting.
