Daniel Deheurles — Terre Noire Brut

Terre Noire Brut

Daniel Deheurles | Brut

Morning with the house full of kids – loud, wild, beautiful. One by one they were picked up again. Afternoon hanging out at friends' place. And then evening: peace. A bottle of champagne. No specific plan. Just opened.

– Terre Noire Brut Powerful, structured, serious character.

And honestly: I would have preferred to open it with a planned dish. Because as an aperitif it wasn't quite easy – a bit too much for so little around it.

But that's complaining at a high level. The evening was great. And the champagne was a worthy finish.

Quick notes: –

Tasting Notes

Powerful and structured champagne with serious character. Little fruit, but spicy with lots of pressure – more of a food companion than a light aperitif.
