Robert Dumont: Emblème

Emblème

Robert Dumont | Brut Nature

Tasting Notes

Taut, precise with a bitterness in a form I hadn't encountered before, and an acidity that reminds me of fresh lime zest. Freshly vinified, without the classic Pinot Noir heaviness, perfectly balanced at 9 to 10 degrees with a refreshing, exciting depth.
