Weingut Bründlmayer

Weingut Bründlmayer from Langenlois in Lower Austria's Kamptal region is not a Champagne house, but rather one of Austria's most renowned wineries. However, their sparkling wine, the Bründlmayer Brut, is made using the same traditional bottle fermentation method as Champagne and ranks among the country's finest sparkling wines.

It appears here because an Austrian Méthode traditionnelle sparkling wine also deserves a place in the glass, even though, strictly speaking, it's not Champagne.
