Champagne Yannick Prevoteau

Champagne Yannick Prévoteau is a grower house from Pierry, a Premier Cru village south of Épernay. The house works with a decidedly natural approach, using spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts and an organically farmed plot that puts the often underestimated Meunier in the spotlight.

The Cuvée Alter Ego is symbolic of this philosophy: a single-varietal Meunier from this organic plot and at the same time a very personal tribute within the family. The style is honest and terroir-focused, entirely centered on the home grape variety of the Vallée de la Marne. Confirmed details about vineyard area and history will follow as soon as they become available.
