Barons de Rothschild — Concordia Brut

Concordia Brut

Barons de Rothschild | Brut

Easter brunch as it should be.

Slept in late, gorgeous weather, brought everything outside. No plan, no menu sequence – just the perfect morning with everything we were craving.

Cheese, Easter ham, brioche bunnies, orange juice, cappuccino, eggs with mayo, anchovies, salmon caviar and pea shoots.

In the glass: – Concordia Brut Opened without much thought – and it was exactly right in the Fatto a Mano Black Tie.

A classic all-rounder: fresh, balanced, with fine spice and elegant texture. Carried everything along, didn't overpower anything – just good. A brunch that lasted almost until noon. And nobody wanted it to end.

Quick champagne notes:

  • Assemblage: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir & Meunier

  • Lees aging: min. 3–4 years

  • Dosage: approx. 6–7 g/l

  • Style: clear, fresh, lightly brioche-spiced, very harmonious

  • ️ House: Barons de Rothschild – elegant, but unpretentious
