Easter brunch as it should be.

Slept in late, gorgeous weather, brought everything outside. No plan, no menu sequence, just the perfect morning with everything we were craving.

Cheese, Easter ham, brioche bunnies, orange juice, cappuccino, eggs with mayo, anchovies, salmon caviar and pea shoots.

In the glass: , Concordia Brut Opened without much thought, and it was exactly right in the Fatto a Mano Black Tie.

A classic all-rounder: fresh, balanced, with fine spice and elegant texture. Carried everything along, didn't overpower anything, just good. A brunch that lasted almost until noon. And nobody wanted it to end.
