Champagne Boutillez Vignon: Orchestral 2018

Orchestral 2018

Boutillez Vignon | Extra Brut | Vintage 2018

Tasting Notes

Citrusy and structured with precise acid tension, despite stainless steel tank aging the wine shows surprising maturity. The first time I had it with scallops in brown butter, the maturity held its own against the butter and toast notes, tasted on its own the citrus tension comes through more clearly.
