Champagne Chavost — Rosé 2025

Rosé 2025

Champagne Chavost | Rosé | Vintage 2025

A Chavost as I know it – this time the rosé.

Not a classic rosé, but the typical Chavost approach: biodynamic, without added sulfur, zero Dosage.

A rosé that doesn't want to win you over with its color, but with its character. The color leans more toward a muted rosé tone – clear, calm, not overdone.

On the nose, you immediately get this natural wine feeling: red berries, some rose hip, slightly herbal, plus a very clean, fresh lift – without any heaviness.

On the palate, then dry and as precise as I'd expect from 0 g/l Dosage. Red fruit, some pomegranate, a touch of grapefruit peel – all carried by that typical taut Chavost acidity. Zero Dosage and no sulfur give it an open, unvarnished texture: lively, honest, very straightforward.

A rosé that perfectly shows the winemaker's signature.

Tasting Notes

A characterful rosé with natural wine vibes: red berries, rose hip, and herbal notes on the nose. Dry and precise on the palate with red fruit, pomegranate, and grapefruit peel, carried by taut acidity.
