Collard-Picard — ADN Noir 2019

ADN Noir 2019

Collard-Picard | Blanc de Noirs | Vintage 2019

The first bottle from Collard-Picard – the ADN Noir.

A Blanc de Noirs made from 50% Meunier and 50% Pinot Noir, spontaneously fermented and completely without malo.

In the glass, it seems cool and precise at first, but then this mineral depth emerges that really lingers. Like a fine chalky film that gently coats the tongue and slowly fades away.

Tasting Notes

Cool and precise with mineral depth and long chalky finish. Tight and fresh, but never austere – a Blanc de Noirs that demands attention and invites enjoyment.
