Les Moulins 2024

Domaine Doussot Bourdot | Blanc de Blancs | Vintage 2024

Sometimes you open a bottle – and it immediately has its own character. With the Les Moulins from Domaine Doussot Bourdot, it was clear: This is going to be a special evening.

Visually already beautiful – bright, clear, fine perlage – but most exciting was this mix of calm and power in the glass.

On the nose at first restrained, almost clean and quiet. On the palate then clearly more: fresh yellow fruits, a touch of mirabelle, something herbal, plus that typical clear Côte-des-Bar structure, which was nicely present here.

A champagne that plays more on line and texture than on opulent aromas. Taut, mineral, very precise – and exactly the style that immediately draws me in when I want to wind down in the evening.

Tasting Notes

A straightforward Blanc de Blancs with fresh yellow fruits, mirabelle, and herbal notes. Taut, mineral, and very precise with clear Côte-des-Bar structure.
