With the aroma of Swedish meatballs with cream sauce, croquettes & lingonberries already wafting from the kitchen, I quickly thought about what might pair well – and reached for:

100% Pinot, clean style, no gimmicks. Dry structure, fine spice, powerful enough for the sauce, fresh enough for balance.
Even though I think I hadn't tried this champagne before and had to let it surprise me.
