No big production, just simply harmonious.
A Blanc de Blancs from Avize, Oger and Cramant that brings lots of finesse and minerality. Light floral notes, along with peach and grapefruit, and at the end this salty, clean finish.
For me, it's a beautiful example of how straightforward and elegant the Côte des Blancs can be.

Genau so wirkt dieser Champagner. Keine große Inszenierung, sondern einfach stimmig. Ein Blanc de Blancs aus Avize, Oger und Cramant, der viel Finesse und Mineralität mitbringt. Leichte Blütennoten, dazu Pfirsich und Grapefruit, und am Ende dieses salzige, klare Finish. Für mich ein schönes Beispiel, wie geradlinig und elegant die Côte des Blancs sein kann.
