Secret Boisé

Tasted 2x. A Blanc de Blancs with citrus freshness and honey aromas, which brings depth and power through oak aging. Despite the complexity, it's an appetizing aperitif. Highlights: citrus freshness, honey, oak aging, depth. Powerful and complex with enough freshness to balance spicy dishes. 100% Chardonnay from old vines, aged 12 months in oak barrels with 6 years on lees. Highlights: Blanc de Blancs, oak barrel aging, old vines, complex.

Carte d'Or Sec

Extremely juicy and soft due to the high Meunier content, with a surprising honey note and a touch of cinnamon on the finish. Uncomplicated and sweet, ideal with desserts and pastries. Highlights: honey note, soft & juicy, cinnamon hint, dessert-friendly.

Millésimé 2018

Powerful yellow fruit with some warmth and fine spice. The bubbles feel calm and composed, the champagne shows complexity and depth with good everyday drinkability. Highlights: yellow fruit, fine spice, calm bubbles, complex depth.

Perle de Saignée

A powerful Rosé de Saignée with aromas of strawberry, currant and a touch of spice, which shows winey depth and light tannins through 14 hours of skin contact. Perle de Lumière

Brut Rosé

Secret de Cave Brut
