Champagne Chavost — Blanc de Meunier

Blanc de Meunier

Champagne Chavost | Brut Nature

Yesterday we spontaneously made some stuffed pitas for lunch – with tzatziki, red cabbage, lemony sautéed turkey, and some scallions. Crispy toasted on the outside, juicy and fresh on the inside.

Paired with the Blanc de Meunier from Chavost – 100% Meunier, organically certified, spontaneously fermented, unfiltered. An honest, clear champagne with tension and character. On the nose delicate fruit – apple, pear, some lemon zest – on the palate creamy, saline with a slightly nutty, mineral character.

Tasting Notes

On the nose, delicate fruit with apple, pear, and lemon zest. On the palate creamy, saline with a slightly nutty, mineral character.
