the_champagne.guy Der Clarevallis von @champagnedrappier war gestern die perfekte Flasche für gemütliche Weihnachtsvorbereitungen. Unaufgeregt, leise – und einfach als Begleiter des Abends mitgelaufen. Im Glas aber dennoch klar und präsent, mit feiner Spannung. Kein Druck der Aufmerksamkeit einfordert. Stattdessen Struktur, Frische und eine sehr saubere Linie, die sich über den Abend trägt, ohne müde zu werden. Was mir besonders gefallen hat: Die Cuvée wirkt unglaublich balanciert. Der Pinot gibt Tiefe und Erdung, Chardonnay und Blanc Vrai (Pinot Blanc) öffnen den Wein, der niedrige Dosage-Eingriff hält alles präzise und trocken.
