Legras & Haas — Intuition Brut 2024

Intuition Brut 2024

Legras & Haas | Brut | Vintage 2024

The Legras & Haas – Intuition Brut. A champagne that presents itself so calmly and precisely that you almost forget how young it actually still is – base year 2021.

It appears clear and fresh, with notes of green apple, white peach and a hint of almond. The perlage is fine, consistent and long-lasting – a sign of good pressure stability and careful lees aging. The texture is creamy, which indicates sufficient autolysis time and harmonious dosage. The finish is dry, linear and precise – typical for Chardonnay-dominated cuvées that focus on minerality rather than opulence.

You can taste the potential, the balance that's already there, and get an idea that with further aging even more depth will follow.

A champagne that's worth following over a longer period – opening a bottle every year or two and tracking its development.

Tasting Notes

Clear and fresh with notes of green apple, white peach and a hint of almond. Fine, long-lasting perlage, creamy texture and a dry, linear finish with focus on minerality.
