Robert Allait: Plaisir Nature

The first crocuses are sprouting, the sun is at least warming my face, and me? I've made myself comfortable in a hanging chair with a glass of Plaisir Nature. Earlier with dinner, grilled salmon, vegetables with lemon and chili, the 100% Meunier from Robert-Allait harmonized perfectly with its clear freshness and fine structure. But it showed its true talent afterwards: As a quiet companion to an afternoon moment that simply tastes like spring. Robert-Allait, Plaisir Nature • 100% Meunier • Zéro Dosage, no sweetness, just pure clarity • Partly aged in wood, 36 months on lees • Aromas of mandarin, nectarine, ripe fruits & toast • Powerful & precise, made for the first sunshine And yes, the second glass tasted almost even better in the hanging chair than the first.
