Heidsieck & Co Monopole is one of the established Champagne houses with international presence. The exact founding history and current operational data are not completely available at this time; the house operates as a Négociant-Manipulant and distributes its cuvées worldwide.

The Cuvées in Detail

Blue Top Brut

The Blue Top Brut is the house's flagship cuvée and is dominated by Pinot Noir. The assemblage relies on 70% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay and 10% Meunier, dosed at 10 g/l. The cuvée ages for at least 36 months in the chalk cellars and lies for another six months or so on the bottle after disgorgement before going to market.
