The Cuvées in Detail

Grande Réserve — Brut

The flagship cuvée of the house rests 60 months on the lees — a remarkable aging period for Brut sans année champagnes. The assemblage relies on the Pinot Noir dominance of the Côte des Bar, combined with Chardonnay for freshness. The result: ripe yellow fruits, fine brioche notes and an almost creamy texture that combines depth and drinkability.

70% Pinot Noir · 30% Chardonnay · 8 g/l Dosage · 60 months aging · Côte des Bar, Vallée de la Marne
