Genauer gesagt die Grande Réserve, eine Cuvée, die für ihre Tiefe und Struktur bekannt ist. 🔍 Die Fakten: 🍇 Assemblage: 70 % Pinot Noir, 30 % Chardonnay ⏳ Reifezeit: Mindestens 5 Jahre auf der Hefe 💡 Dosage: Brut (ca. 8 g/l) 🏡 Herkunft: Côte des Bar, Vallée de la Marne Und wie war’s? Erstaunlich rund und balanciert! Reife gelbe Früchte, feine Brioche-Noten und eine elegante, fast cremige Textur. 🍏🥐 Die Pinot Noir-Dominanz verleiht ihm eine schöne Tiefe, während der Chardonnay für Frische sorgt. Glaswahl: Heute wieder das @riedel_official Performance Champagnerglas. 💭 Fazit: Ein solider, stilvoller Champagner, der zeigt, dass Devaux mehr Aufmerksamkeit verdient.
