The name says it all: "Ostinato" refers to a constantly repeating musical motif. And that motif here is clearly the balance between roasted notes and freshness. On the nose, it's wonderfully inviting with aromas of freshly toasted bread and a hint of cocoa.
On the palate, things get really exciting: blood orange meets a fine salinity and notes of roasted fruits.
The aging in old wood gives the wine a depth that almost reminds you of dark chocolate and a touch of coconut, without losing its lightness.

Am Gaumen wird es dann richtig spannend: Blutorange trifft auf eine feine Salzigkeit und Noten von gebratenen Früchten. Durch den Ausbau im alten Holz bekommt der Wein eine Tiefe, die fast schon an dunkle Schokolade und einen Hauch Kokos erinnert, ohne dabei die Leichtigkeit zu verlieren.
