I have the pleasure of having three champagnes from Vauversin in my glass at once – and although they're all based on 100% Chardonnay from Oger, they couldn't be more different.
Orpair 2019: Approachable, fruit-forward, lively. A champagne that opens up immediately – with bright fruit, fine bubbles and precise freshness. Perfect as an introduction, aperitif or with light dishes.
Tasting Notes
A Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru with sweet and delicate character despite Extra Brut dosage. Fruity, lively and creamy with silky texture from extended lees aging.
