Derot Delugny: Hors Pair

Hors Pair

Derot Delugny | Blanc de Blancs

Sometimes a champagne is perfect for working too. Morning, sunshine, laptop open, focus on, and the Hors Pair from Derot-Delugny is perfect for exactly that.

Opened without much ceremony. Simply because the mood was right and this year's tasks can be approached a bit more relaxed.

The first impression is somewhat stern at first, almost closed off, but no reason to worry. With a bit of air and time it opens up beautifully.

Tasting Notes

A precise Blanc de Blancs with fresh citrus notes and a clear line. The acidity is present but well integrated, the style appears clean, calm and focused.
