Edouard Brun: Réserve Brut

Réserve Brut

Edouard Brun | Brut

The Réserve Brut from Edouard Brun is a classic all-rounder with character from Épernay. Golden yellow in the glass, with ripe fruit, brioche and a hint of spice on the nose. On the palate it shows powerful and round, with plenty of backbone and an honest, approachable character. This isn't a champagne that hides behind complexity, but one that speaks directly while bringing Pinot-driven substance. It works particularly well with strong cheese, where its structure forms a solid counterpart.
