History

The roots of Fleury-Gille reach back to 1842, when the Maison was founded in the Hameau de Courcelles. Since then, the family has been continuously engaged in champagne production. The Cuvées in Detail

Brut Réserve

The Brut Réserve combines all three classic grape varieties with equal weighting: 35% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, 30% Chardonnay. In the glass it shows ripe fruit — peach, apple — with notes of honey and brioche, plus a gentle creaminess that makes the champagne approachable without seeming flat. The sweetness remains restrained, the depth is surprising.
