Vincent Perseval

I've tasted 6 Champagnes from Vincent Perseval — enough to form a solid impression. The house is located in the Premier Cru, Montagne de Reims, works with Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and shows an impressive range in their portfolio.

Terroir and Location

Vincent Perseval's Champagnes come from the Premier Cru, Montagne de Reims. The Montagne de Reims is known for powerful Pinot Noir and structured Champagnes. Premier Cru vineyards give the Champagnes additional depth and complexity.

The Range

Vincent Perseval offers 6 different Cuvées that I was able to try. In the program: Blanc de Blancs, Blanc de Noirs, Rosé, vintage Champagnes. The range shows that this isn't just mastering one style, but covering the entire spectrum of Champagne.
