Champagne J.M Gandon is located in Passy-Grigny in the Vallée de la Marne. Les Pièces V21 is a personal project with soul, made by one of Champagne's leading oenologists, and already in its second vintage. It's aged half in stainless steel and half in used oak barrels.
You can taste this signature style: floral notes on the nose, not light or flighty, but with depth, almost balsamic. On the palate, clear lines, an elegant texture and a quiet power. A bottle that delivers on its promise.

Und diese Handschrift schmeckt man: In der Nase florale Noten – nicht leicht oder flatterhaft, sondern mit Tiefe, fast balsamisch. Am Gaumen dann klare Linien, elegante Textur, eine stille Kraft. Diese Flasche hat mich wirklich überzeugt – auch wenn sie mich nicht überrascht hat, denn sie wurde von @martinspilens bereits in höchsten Tönen angekündigt 😉 Aber: Sie hält ihr Versprechen.
