Champagne J.M Gandon

Champagne J.M Gandon is a Récoltant-Manipulant from Passy-Grigny in the Vallée de la Marne, led by Jean-Marc Gandon. The house is a personal project with a clear oenological signature: co-shaped by Victor Gandon, one of Champagne's leading oenologists, they create single-vineyard champagnes that focus more on precision than effect.

Vinification

In the cellar, the house follows a two-part philosophy: half aged in used oak barrels and half in stainless steel tanks. The dosage remains clearly in Extra-Brut territory at 2.8 g/l. The focus is on single vineyards with a restrained, precise approach, not opulent fruit, but depth and clean lines.
