Champagne J.M Gandon

Champagne J.M Gandon

Champagne J.M Gandon is a Récoltant-Manipulant from Passy-Grigny in the Marne department. Led by Jean-Marc Gandon. The maison works with single-vineyard champagnes and a clear winemaking signature – Victor Gandon, one of Champagne's leading oenologists, influences this personal project.

Vinification

The maison follows a two-part aging philosophy: 50 percent in used oak barrels, 50 percent in stainless steel tanks. The dosage is in the Extra-Brut range at 2.8 g/l. The focus is on single-vineyard champagnes with a precise, restrained style – not opulent fruit, but depth and clean lines.
