Champagne Pierre Péters

Champagne Pierre Péters is one of the great Blanc de Blancs addresses in Champagne. This family house founded in 1919 from Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, a Grand Cru village of the Côte des Blancs, has been led by Rodolphe Péters since 2008 and stands for pure Chardonnay of the highest precision.

Vineyard & Style

Péters farms around 20 hectares, with the majority of parcels located in the Grand Cru Le Mesnil-sur-Oger. The heart is a Réserve perpétuelle built up over decades, an ongoing reserve wine solution that gives the main cuvée depth and consistency. The style is chalky-mineral, linear and age-worthy.

The Cuvées

The Cuvée de Réserve Grand Cru is the calling card of the house. The most famous cuvée is Les Chétillons, a vintage Blanc de Blancs from old vines of a single vineyard southeast of Le Mesnil, bottled since 1971 and one of the most sought-after single-vineyard champagnes of the Côte des Blancs.
