Fleur de Miraval is a champagne collaboration between the Perrin (Château de Beaucastel), Péters (Pierre Péters) families and Brad Pitt. Crafted by Rodolphe Péters in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, with Marc Perrin as the point of contact. The focus is on precision and the chalky-saline minerality of the Côte des Blancs.

Vignoble & Soil

The grapes come 100% from the Côte des Blancs, from Grand and Premier Cru sites. Le Mesnil-sur-Oger itself holds Grand Cru classification. The soil signature is typical for this zone: chalky-saline, with a minerality that shows directly in the glass.

Vinification

Fleur de Miraval ages its Cuvées 100% in stainless steel, concrete and wood — a combination meant to connect freshness and structure. The Petite Fleur contains 25% Réserve Perpétuelle, with dosage at 4–5 g/l. The collaboration with Rodolphe Péters brings together the signature of the Mesnil terroir with the perspective of the Perrin family.

The Cuvées in Detail

Petite Fleur — Rosé Brut

A precise rosé with 95% Chardonnay (including 25% Réserve Perpétuelle) and 5% Pinot Noir as red wine. Three years on the lees, disgorged in April 2024. The chalky-saline minerality of Le Mesnil is clearly noticeable, the mousse is fine, the freshness full of tension. Aged in stainless steel, concrete and wood.
