Champagne Pascal Agrapart is a Récoltant-Manipulant from Avize, one of the prestigious Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. The Maison is led by Ambroise Agrapart, who calls himself a vigneron and continues the family's classic winemaker tradition.
Avize is located in the Marne department and is considered one of the core sites for Chardonnay in Champagne, the soils, climate and exposure create ideal conditions for mineral, precise wines. Agrapart consistently leverages this location to vinify clear, saline champagnes that express the terroir of the Côte des Blancs.

Frisch, klar, präzise – wie ein Sprung ins kühle Wasser. 🌊 Für diesen Champagner hab ich meine @gabriel_glas Gläser aus dem Regal geholt. Und was soll ich sagen? Gute Entscheidung. Der Champagner? Strahlt. Kein großes Menü, kein Tamtam. Einfach nur wir, ein paar Sonnenstrahlen und dieses Glas pure Energie. Les 7 Crus in drei Sätzen? 🌿 Chardonnay (90 %) küsst Pinot Noir (10 %) 🍋 Zitrusfrische trifft auf salzige Mineralität 💥 Extra Brut, 6 g/l Dosage – wirkte süßer, war aber ein Genuss Er ist nicht laut. Er schreit nicht nach Aufmerksamkeit. Aber er bleibt hängen. Wie der perfekte Song am Morgen, den du aus Versehen auf Dauerschleife hörst. Moral von der Geschichte? Champagner braucht keinen Anlass.
