Champagne Pascal Agrapart

Champagne Pascal Agrapart

Champagne Pascal Agrapart is a Récoltant-Manipulant from Avize, one of the prestigious Grand Cru villages in the Côte des Blancs. The Maison is led by Ambroise Agrapart, who calls himself a vigneron and continues the family's classic winemaker tradition.

Avize is located in the Marne department and is considered one of the core sites for Chardonnay in Champagne — the soils, climate and exposure create ideal conditions for mineral, precise wines. Agrapart consistently leverages this location to vinify clear, saline champagnes that express the terroir of the Côte des Blancs.

The Cuvées in Detail

Les 7 Crus — Extra Brut

Fresh, clear champagne with citrus freshness and saline minerality. The 6 g/l dosage technically classifies it as Extra Brut, yet it feels pleasantly round — not an angular zero-dosage approach, but rather a balance between freshness and approachability. The name suggests an assemblage from seven Cru sites, but the base remains largely Chardonnay-dominated.

90% Chardonnay, 10% Pinot Noir · 6 g/l Dosage · Extra Brut
