The Cuvées in Detail

Le Terroir Grand Cru Extra Brut

The cuvée comes exclusively from Verzy Grand Cru and combines Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in equal parts. It shows aromas of citrus, light peach, and linden blossom, with nutty notes and chalk appearing later. On the palate, it's taut and saline, yet surprisingly gentle. Aging is done partially in wood, and the dosage is 0.8 g/l.
