the_champagne.guy Diesen „Le Terroir“ Grand Cru - Extra Brut von @adrien_renoir habe ich gestern im @glouglougraz mitgenommen – und direkt am selben Abend schien er einfach zu passen. Und ja, die Entscheidung war die richtige. Es zeigte sich sofort dieser typische Renoir-Stil, von dem ich schon gelesen habe: klar, präzise, ruhig, mit dem Aroma von Zitrus, hellem Pfirsich und etwas Lindenblüte. Mit der Zeit kommen nussige Noten, Kreide, feine Wärme vom Holz. Am Gaumen straff, salzig, dabei aber erstaunlich sanft. Ein Champagner, der bei jedem Schluck etwas mehr preisgibt.
