Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils

Champagne Pierre Gimonnet & Fils

Pierre Gimonnet & Fils is one of the most respected Chardonnay houses of the Côte des Blancs. From the family headquarters in Cuis, the Gimonnet family has been producing exclusively Blanc de Blancs for generations and is considered a reference for precise, gastronomically styled Chardonnay champagne.

Vineyard & Style

The estate manages a remarkable mosaic of sites in the Côte des Blancs, with parcels in Grand Cru villages like Cramant, Chouilly and Oger as well as in the Premier Cru Cuis, some with very old vines. The style focuses on purity and tension rather than opulence: precise vinification, predominantly in tank, with moderate dosage to preserve the freshness of Chardonnay and the character of individual crus.

The Cuvées

The range is structured by aspiration level, from the accessible Cuis Premier Cru through the assemblage cuvées Gastronome and Fleuron to the site and vintage focused Oenophile and the Special Club cuvée, which ranks among the most sought-after Blanc de Blancs of Champagne.
