Millésime 2015 Grand Cru Blanc de Blancs
A single-varietal Chardonnay vintage champagne from Grand Cru sites in the Côte des Blancs. Vinification took place in stainless steel tanks, without malolactic fermentation – a stylistic choice that preserves freshness and tension. The result: a lively, rather soft Blanc de Blancs that comes across as more approachable than citrusy and is solidly made.
